ITINERARY
Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival in Cairo, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Spend your first evening relaxing or take an optional night tour to see the city lights and Nile skyline.
Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx - Start your adventure with a guided tour of the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids, Sphinx, and Valley Temple. Explore the ancient engineering marvels and enjoy panoramic views of the desert. In the afternoon, visit the Egyptian Museum, housing treasures of Tutankhamun.
Cairo to Aswan Philae Temple & Felucca Ride - Take a morning flight to Aswan. On arrival, visit the beautiful Philae Temple on the island of Agilkia, dedicated to the goddess Isis. In the evening, enjoy a traditional felucca sailboat ride on the Nile during sunset.
Abu Simbel Excursion & Embark Nile Cruise - Journey south to the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples, carved from the mountainside by Ramses II. Return to Aswan and board your luxury Nile cruise, where you’ll enjoy onboard comfort and scenic sailing.
Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples - Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus. Continue to Edfu and explore one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt via a horse-drawn carriage. Spend the night aboard the cruise.
Luxor East Bank Temples - Arrive in Luxor and disembark for a visit to the East Bank, home to the majestic Karnak Temple complex and Luxor Temple. Walk through the grand columns and sacred spaces that once hosted pharaohs and gods.
Luxor Valley of the Kings & West Bank - Cross to the West Bank and descend into the tombs of ancient pharaohs at the Valley of the Kings. Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut and see the massive Colossi of Memnon. Fly back to Cairo in the evening.
Islamic Cairo & Khan el-Khalili Bazaar - Explore Islamic Cairo, visiting the Citadel of Saladin, Mohamed Ali Mosque, and winding alleys of Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. Enjoy some free time for shopping or savoring Egyptian street food.
Optional Excursions or Day at Leisure - Enjoy a free day in Cairo or choose from optional tours: a trip to Saqqara & Memphis, a Nile dinner cruise, or a guided food tour. Reflect on your incredible journey and prepare for departure.
Departure from Cairo - After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight home, carrying unforgettable memories of ancient Egypt.
